TERMS OF SERVICE

Client responsibilities:
- The client has the decision to either make a clear demand for their art piece, or allow the artist to use their interpretation and creative freedom into the piece
- The artist will need references of the clients characters
- Please respond to the best of your abilities as soon as possible, failure to do so within a month's time will result in cancellation of the art piece and no refund
- The product becomes the clients the moment it's complete, no need to ask for permissions, but please credit the artist when in use of the art piece
If you would like to use the product for advertising please recontact the artist

Payment and Refunds:
- Payment will be issued after the approval of sketch/progress
- Refunds are 100% guaranteed as long as the art piece isn't complete
Deadline:
- Depending on the client's order, the turnaround time can range to 2 hours to A week
- You may request a deadline (no limits)
Receive:
- All completed illustrations will be sent via email
- All commission may be posted on my social media unless the client specifically requested not to
Artist terms:
- Can draw everything including: gore, mecha, anthro, realism, especially ship art, etc
- Will not draw /sx explicit content (slight suggestion is fine), if the client suggests anything problematic, it will result in blacklisting and possibly reporting
- All prices are negotiable
If I'm unable to finish your commission or decline it due to whatever reasons, you will receive a guaranteed refund.
